Learning Technology Services is offering the campus access to UCCASS, an open source online survey system. This system comes with limited technical support and can be used by University faculty, staff, and students with the understanding that they are responsible for creating, deploying and analyzing their surveys.
In the future, we hope to offer workshops on UCCASS. Until then, please see the online documentation on the use and deployment of surveys. If you think UCCASS offers what you need from an online survey system, or just want to try it out, go ahead and request a new survey...
